With 90,400 square feet total, the truck transport facility will include 117 dock doors and a 100-foot-wide terminal, while the maintenance/fueling building will feature a wash bay, two service bays, and two inspection bays with recessed personnel pits. The scope will also include 70,000 gallons of fuel storage, a fuel canopy, fuel dispensers, and a recessed truck scale. A large truck pavement area will surround three sides of both buildings to be used as parking space. 
 

During preconstruction, the Brinkmann team navigated the presence of gopher tortoises on the job site and successfully ensured the relocation of these endangered reptiles before the start of construction.
