This design/build project consisted of 463,000 square feet of build-to-suit industrial space for a major car part distributor. The build-out included 80 docks, three office spaces, four storm shelter areas and low-voltage infrastructure for data processing throughout the building.
By using innovative strategies and engaging in close collaboration with the owner, the Brinkmann team was able to provide the client with savings on the overall cost and deliver the project ahead of schedule.
