This project consists of four phases and over one million square feet total. Brinkmann completed the infrastructure for phase one, which included 208 acres, 1 million cubic yards of earth moved and 60,000 cubic yards of rock excavated. Two of the four buildings included in the first phase are complete. Building A is a 330,000-square-foot, rear-load speculative building on 22 acres, and Building B1 is a 750,000-square-foot, cross-dock speculative building on 60 acres.

BIM Model of Tenant Improvements
Brinkmann is currently completing tenant improvements for a carbon nanotube manufacturer in Building A. These improvements include:
- 67,000 SF of H3 production space
- 47,000 SF of H3 inventory space
- 11,000 SF of office and laboratory space
- 55,000 SF of raw material storage space
- 150,000 SF to sublease or use for process equipment storage
Brinkmann will also provide all supporting infrastructure to manufacture the raw tube material into paste. This infrastructure will include both ISO 7 and ISO 8 clean rooms.
