Brinkmann renovated and converted the historic PNC Tower annex, one of the largest office buildings in downtown Cincinnati, into upscale, mixed-use development.

The 445,000-square-foot, 1920s era, “Beaux Arts” building include luxury apartments, penthouses, 20,000 SF of retail, 60,000 SF of office, and rooftop restaurant and pool. Historic renovation activities included restoring historic windows and frames and installing new windows to match the originals, restoring the terra cotta facade and the interior terrazzo flooring and plaster molding.
