4228 Kalamath Street

This three-story multifamily residential building added 117 units to Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood, a rapidly growing transit-oriented area. The project also included a 100-stall parking garage and an internal courtyard accessible from street level, along with upscale amenities such as a bar and lounge space, fitness center, and dog-wash area.

In addition to honoring the rich architectural character of the neighborhood, the development helped support Denver’s goal of transforming this former industrial corridor in the Sunnyside neighborhood into a thriving residential area.
