Summit Raleigh Buildings 100 and 200

This was Brinkmann's fourth industrial project for a long-time real estate development client. Consisting of two manufacturing buildings totaling 395,000 square feet, the project scope also included off-site improvements and a sanitary lift station to service current and future industrial development. Building 100 includes 170,000 square feet, and Building 200 spans 224,000 square feet. The overall industrial site is planned for three more buildings to be built in two additional phases.
