Tucson Commerce Center

This was Brinkmann’s eleventh project with a repeat real estate development client. Tucson Commerce Center features three warehouse buildings totaling 807,000 square feet on 50 acres in addition to an aggregate of 196 trailer spaces, 80 dock doors, and six drive-in doors — all with a 32-foot clearance. Conveniently located near I-10, it was the first premier distribution hub in the Tucson metro area.
