This project consisted of the conversion of a 1 million-square-foot speculative warehouse into a 600,000-square-foot industrial facility for a global lifestyle retail company. The renovated space will accommodate dry cleaning and laundry operations as well as serve as a distribution hub for the company's subscription-based clothing rental service. Tenant improvements included separating the additional 400, 000 square feet for possible operation expansion or tenant use as well as the addition of a boiler room, chiller system, custom modular central plan, washers and dryers and a state-of-the-art automated carousel that can hold up to 2, 000, 000 garments at one time.
