This single, tilt-up concrete structure included the abatement and demolition of five existing structures on the site, the relocation and encasement of two existing irrigation canals that crossed the site, and the construction of a 201,000-square-foot core/shell warehouse on the 12.5-acre site with a 2,500-square-foot speculative office suite buildout.

The Brinkmann team offered the client a solution to relocate their irrigation canal, saving a substantial amount of money and improving the project timeline. Additionally, they proposed using a precast solution during the non-irrigation season from November through March, which helped avoid impeding water flow and reduced the overall project duration.
