The project includes the complete interior demolition of 40,000 square feet of ground-level space and the construction of a new, high-end fitness club.
The new facility will feature extensive group fitness areas, an indoor pool, a spa, steam and sauna rooms, a kid’s area, a bar, and a complete upgrade to the MEPF and AV systems. The space will also include approximately 28,000 square feet of tile work, which is being shipped directly from Italy.
In addition, the Brinkmann team will complete the exterior work scope, consisting of an expansion of the outdoor pool area, refurbishment of the existing pools, an extension of the sun deck and the addition of a full-service outdoor bar.
