This was Brinkmann’s second industrial project with this client. In 2015, Brinkmann completed the first phase of Hoyt Street, which included abatement and demolition of the existing precast manufacturing building as well as new construction of a speculative 150,000-square-foot tilt-up warehouse. The second phase of this project included the construction of two 67,500-square-foot tilt-up flex warehouse buildings on 13 acres.

The Brinkmann team navigated several significant challenges, including the encapsulation and relocation of an existing regional FRICO irrigation canal and the environmental cleanup of industrial contamination from a demolished manufacturing facility. Collaborating closely with all stakeholders, the team effectively addressed these issues to ensure the project’s successful completion.
