The project scope for the third building includes an 854,000-square-foot industrial warehouse with 500,000 square feet of build-to-suit industrial space for an auto parts recycling company. The 500,000-square-foot build-to-suit includes 20,000 square feet of office space, a 12,000-square-foot hazard room and warehouse tenant improvements.
