The Brinkmann team is currently constructing a state-of-the-art, fully automated cold storage facility for a confidential retail client.
The project scope includes a 600,000-square-foot expansion to an existing perishable distribution center, a 40,000-square-foot truck maintenance facility, a fuel island, a fire pump house, a guard shack, and new office and maintenance areas. This upgraded, 80-foot clear facility will help streamline operations, enabling food products to seamlessly move through the system, get packaged, and be prepared for deliveries to stores.
Despite challenges such as redesigning office spaces, maintaining live operations during demolition, and resolving recurring civil design issues, the team continues to collaborate closely with the client's internal departments to deliver optimized solutions for this high-tech facility.
