Centennial Business Center

This project consisted of three tilt-up industrial warehouses across 18 acres. Brinkmann offered innovative solutions during the design of the project, including accommodating the end users by adjusting the building heights and revising dock equipment during construction. The team worked tirelessly through many challenges, including wetland mitigation with the Corps of Engineers, working around NORAD communication lines, and completing tilt erection operations with a no-fly zone by the FAA for two buildings.
