Kappa Kappa Gamma was selected by Southern Living Magazine as one of the “South’s Most Beautiful Sorority Houses.”

The renovation/new construction of this Greek Revival sorority house, built in 1925, included 20,500 SF of remodeled space and 26,000 SF of new building. Work included a main entry with library, lounge sitting area (similar to a custom home) with dining room and kitchen on the first floor. The basement consists of the chapter room and study rooms. The second and third floors make up the living quarters which total 45 bedrooms with bathrooms/shower areas.
