Optimize Process for the Local Market
The majority of the independent living buildings had been constructed with a hybrid structural framing system, typical of the East coast campuses. Brinkmann adapted the process for the Colorado market and employed multiple trades to construct the buildings faster and more cost-effectively.

Brinkmann’s relationship with Erickson Living began in 2012 with the 127,000 SF Continuing Care Center. Throughout their partnership, Brinkmann has developed a deep understanding of Erickson’s product and resident’s needs and what is unique to them. With this insight, in addition to consistently providing exceptional results, Brinkmann’s partnership with Erickson Living has grown to include eight additional buildings at Wind Crest totaling 1.5 million square feet.
