The project scope consisted of an interior renovation of the existing facility’s automotive showroom, a minor exterior façade, and site modifications.
The renovation also included the addition of an interactive atelier room complete with a kinetic lighting system that synchronizes with sound to create a dynamic visual experience for customers while designing their cars. Additional premium touches include a custom Pantheon door and an automatic snow melt system built into the front sidewalk.
During construction, the team overcame challenges with extensive material lead times and cost premiums for the luxury finishes required by the Rolls-Royce brand. Despite these obstacles, the team completed the project on time and under budget.
