Red River Commerce Center

This was Brinkmann's seventh project for a longstanding real estate development client. The project included three new ground-up warehouses totaling 392,000 square feet. Building A includes 178,000 square feet, and Buildings B and C each include 107,000 square feet. All warehouse buildings feature 32-foot clear height, single sloped roofs, 39 total dock doors, six drive-in ramps, full lighting packages and ESFR sprinkler systems. The site work involved blasting and crushing of approximately 60,000 cubic yards of basalt rock, nearly 12,000 square feet of retaining walls and 335 employee parking spaces.
