The service experience includes two covered customer drop-off and pick-up lanes supported by 20 service bays and an automatic drive-through car wash. The facility also includes 234 stalls, LED site lighting, and a Land Rover test track.

Idea
Dive deeper into the approach of the site design
By challenging some simple off-site storm drainage assumptions, the overall storm system design for the project was significantly reduced. This lead to a snow-ball effect where the entire site was re-evaluated and designed more efficiently.
Result
Savings in sitework, reallocated to building improvements
These cost-saving ideas freed up project funds that were applied back into the building budget allowing for expansion of the parts department including adding a mezzanine.
