Brinkmann faced weather challenges during this build which could have affected the construction schedule. Instead of waiting for the weather to clear up to begin building the metal framed assisted living and memory care section, the team revised the order of construction and began work on the stick-built independent living building. This allowed construction to move forward and any weather delays were absorbed, keeping the project on schedule.
