Sustainability and modern infrastructure were central to the project. The roof truss, electrical gear, and condensing unit layouts were designed to support the future installation of a PV array. Additionally, 20 percent of the parking stalls include electric vehicle charging stations, and the remaining 80 percent are prepped for future station installation.
