Brinkmann provided design/build and MEPS services on this three-story, 19,000 SF bank headquarters featured below in Festus, Missouri. Brinkmann also renovated a six-story office building in the heart of Clayton into a contemporary headquarters.
The exterior is composed of architectural cast-stone and brick with continuous ribbon windows. The extensive landscaping leads to the dramatic, three-story entryway. Access control security and three drive-through lanes were furnished.
The first floor, with open atrium to the second floor, holds a consumer banking branch, conference rooms, lounge area with fireplace. The second floor, includes executive offices and employee support functions. The third floor holds the executive suite, boardroom, and a full service commercial catering kitchen.
The neutral interior color palate utilizes natural materials such as stone and cherry wood with espresso finish giving the building a warm and classically, contemporary style.
