Being able to deliver this project in 12 months resulted in an additional 3 months of revenue the ownership team was not anticipating.
This 4-story, 112 unit hotel features a full service kitchen, bar, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and an outdoor courtyard area with a fire pit. The most successful aspect of this project was meeting the project schedule at 11 months and being able to open the doors to the hotel in 12 months. Based on Marriott’s past experiences, a hotel of this magnitude requires approximately 15 months from breaking ground to opening its doors. As a result of the success of this project, Marriott selected Brinkmann Constructors as one of their preferred general contractors for future developments.
