Quality Bicycle Products (QBP) is the largest distributor of bicycles, parts, and accessories headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota. Known for its cycling advocacy work and community support, QBP operates multiple distribution centers nationwide to serve independent specialty bicycle retailers.
The Brinkmann team handled this design-build project for a 131,000 SF industrial warehouse facility that includes an attached office space for QBP employees.

Strategic Location – The Colorado facility positions QBP to provide enhanced service to the Rocky Mountain region and surrounding states, supporting the company’s goal of delivering one- and two-day ground service to the majority of customers across their distribution network.
Comprehensive Operations – The facility combines warehouse operations with office space, creating an integrated environment that supports both distribution activities and regional management functions for QBP’s extensive product portfolio of over 40,000 parts from 450+ brands.
Community Impact & Sustainability
Cycling Advocacy – QBP brings its advocacy efforts to Colorado, supplying BMX bikes, parts and tools for community bike shops and bike parks, and working with organizations like the Colorado Mountain Bike Association (COMBA) to build more trails through sponsorships and employee trail-building events.
Environmental Leadership – Consistent with QBP’s corporate commitment to sustainability and their goal of carbon neutrality by 2030, the facility supports the company’s environmentally conscious operations and community-focused mission of getting “Every Butt on a Bike.”
