Tom Oberle is president of Brinkmann Constructors after serving as the executive vice president for 12 years, providing oversight of all business development and preconstruction activities for projects throughout North America. With more than 25 years of construction experience, he is a valued mentor to employees and a trusted advocate for clients. Tom oversees day-to-day operations and corporate strategy.

Tom received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla (now known as Missouri University of Science & Technology). He has managed the construction of numerous large projects including retail, office, industrial, senior living, and multifamily facilities. 

Tom is a board member for the Special Education Foundation, and also enjoys coaching youth sports. He was previously involved with Junior Achievement, Sack Homelessness for St. Patrick’s Center and Valle High School Alumni Association.
