Kendrick Lathum joined Brinkmann Constructors as an intern in 2003 and, after several promotions, was named project director in 2014 and VP in 2022. He focuses on growing Brinkmann's client base and market sectors. Kendrick is a true client partner and team leader, ensuring all projects meet the highest quality standards.

Kendrick received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla (now known as Missouri University of Science & Technology). He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Missouri and a LEED Accredited Professional. He is also a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers.
