The Payroll & Benefits Specialist at Brinkmann Constructors is an integral part of the Finance & People team, reporting directly to the Payroll Manager and playing a crucial role in enhancing and streamlining payroll & benefits processes.
Data Analyst
Under the direction of the Data Analytics Manager, the Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, extract and analyze data, and develop reports or tools to empower decision-makers with timely and relevant insights.
Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day construction management while proving the ability to take on advanced responsibilities in the role. With Brinkmann’s “concept-to-completion” business model, you will receive a high-level of responsibility leading to a career path in project management with a leader in the industry. This position will contribute to all activities including preconstruction, field and office operations, financial and business acumen, mentoring Project Engineers as well as building your own personal development.

The Project Engineer, or project manager-in-training, is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent in all aspects of the day-to-day management of a construction project. This position will participate in all activities required to source, pursue and build a project including cost estimation, contract administration, schedule management and risk-quality management. In Brinkmann’s “concept-to-completion” business model, Project Engineers enjoy a high-level of responsibility and accelerated career path to project management. Duties include but are not limited to:
