Ranked at number 18, this list was determined by looking at the budget, square footage, general contractor and/or construction manager, architect, developer and scheduled completion date of projects across the greater Phoenix community.
X Roosevelt will bring 19 stories and 370 luxury units to the heart of downtown Phoenix. Located in the Roosevelt Row Arts District, the new community aims to help revitalize the city’s residential landscape. The project is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025.
