We are thrilled to announce that the Nuuly Tenant Improvements project was recently named a best industrial project by Engineering News-Record (ENR) Midwest!
This was Brinkmann’s first project for Urban Outfitters, Inc. (URBN), a global lifestyle retail company with a wide portfolio of consumer brands. Completed in January 2024, the project included the conversion of a 1 million-square-foot speculative warehouse into a 600,000-square-foot facility for URBN’s subscription-based rental service, Nuuly.
