First Bank Headquarters Receives 2025 Economic Impact Award from CREW St. Louis

CREW STL

We are proud to announce that the First Bank Headquarters project has been honored with the 2025 Economic Impact Award from CREW St. Louis!

CREW St. Louis presented our team with the award during a recent ceremony at the Missouri Athletic Club, recognizing the significant economic impact of this transformative project. The awards committee specifically highlighted the impressive scope of the project and the collaborative effort of the many CREW members involved.

The First Bank Headquarters showcases Brinkmann's commitment to excellence with its striking four-story office building, complemented by a two-story parking garage, full-service banking branch, and commercial tenant space. At the heart of the development is an innovative collaboration center where employees can work together on projects, hold meetings, host events, and collectively shape the future of banking.

The project's success wouldn't have been possible without our outstanding partners: Cobalt Construction Consulting, Cushman & Wakefield, Lamar Johnson Collaborative, IMEG, Spark AI Strategy, TOC Artwork, Circadia, and Facilitec Corporate Furnishings.

Special thanks to CREW St. Louis for this recognition. Since 1982, CREW St. Louis has been connecting women in commercial real estate, and today, with over 280 members, they continue to advance women in CRE through networking, leadership development, and industry research. Congratulations to Brinkmann's own Michelle Biedermann for her recognition on this project!

This award stands as a testament to what can be achieved through thoughtful collaboration, innovative design, and exceptional execution—values that continue to define our approach to every project we undertake!
