Brinkmann Constructors Recently Completed Sheridan at Laumeier Park

Brinkmann Constructors recently completed the Sheridan at Laumeier Park for Senior Lifestyles Corporation. This 74,000 SF senior living community in Sunset Hills, Missouri features 47 assisted living and 41 memory care units, art studio, fitness center, outdoor patios and courtyard. Brinkmann also recently finished up two other senior communities for Senior Lifestyles in the St. Louis metro area: the Sheridan in Creve Coeur is a 42,000 SF facility with 53 memory care units, and the Sheridan at Chesterfield Place is an 84,000 SF community with 27 memory care and 67 assisted living units.
