Brinkmann’s first project for Urban Outfitters, Inc. (URBN)—a global lifestyle retail company with a diverse portfolio of consumer brands—has established a significant operational footprint in Raymore, Missouri.

Post Falls Industrial

The Brinkmann team demonstrated exceptional resilience and strategic thinking during the construction of the Post Falls Industrial project as record snowfall and freezing temperatures swept through the Spokane Valley. This ambitious development features two warehouse buildings totaling 405,000 square feet on 23 acres, including 90 sectional dock doors and prime interstate access for future tenants.
