Brinkmann’s first cold storage distribution center for Coastal Carriers Truck Lines, LLC represents the initial phase of a three-part development strategically positioned less than a mile from Interstate 70. This specialized facility serves the unique needs of this Missouri-based transportation, warehouse and distribution company.

Facing ambitious timeline requirements, our team implemented a strategic fast-track schedule with phased permitting that successfully designed and constructed the entire plant in just 10 months.

Mid-Atlantic Cold Distribution

Building upon the strong relationship established during the construction of the Caroline 95 Logistics project, Brinkmann was selected to complete this specialized tenant build-out within the 1.2 million-square-foot warehouse facility. This marks Brinkmann’s first cold storage distribution center for a national grocery chain, showcasing our versatility and expanding expertise.
