Innovative Preconstruction

During the preconstruction phase, the Brinkmann team collaborated closely with Subtext and the design team to optimize the project scope and budget. Through strategic planning and innovative problem-solving, the team successfully reduced the overall project cost by nearly five percent from the initial budget, delivering significant savings while maintaining the high-quality student living experience and premium amenities that define the Verve Tempe community.
