Our commitment to value engineering didn’t stop there. The Brinkmann team identified and implemented additional cost-saving solutions throughout the project, reducing the budget by an additional $850,000 without compromising quality or design integrity.

- A secure 198-vehicle enclosed retail parking garage
- Professional apartment leasing office with high-end finishes at the main resident entrance
- Extensive resident amenity spaces including game rooms, study lounges, and a state-of-the-art fitness center
- Thoughtfully designed outdoor amenity areas on the 1st, 2nd, 14th, and 16th floors, crowned by a luxury pool and spa on the 16th floor
- Three stories of below-grade parking providing secure accommodation for 198 vehicles, 44 motorcycles, and 232 bicycles
