Confidential Cold Storage Project
This landmark project represents Brinkmann’s largest contract to date, positioning us at the forefront of the increasingly automated food distribution industry. The comprehensive development encompasses a significant expansion of this confidential client’s perishable distribution infrastructure, incorporating cutting-edge automation systems.

Mid-Atlantic Cold Distribution
Building upon the strong relationship established during the construction of the Caroline 95 Logistics project, Brinkmann was selected to complete this specialized tenant build-out within the 1.2 million-square-foot warehouse facility. This marks Brinkmann’s first cold storage distribution center for a national grocery chain, showcasing our versatility and expanding expertise.
