Our initial collaboration with New Kent County resulted in a single-story, design/build fire facility featuring three new apparatus bays and a thoughtfully designed floorplan. Key elements include:

  • Controlled access system separating public and fire personnel areas
  • Six dedicated bunk rooms for overnight staff
  • Comfortable day room for crew use between calls
  • Specialized gear and turnout room
  • Workshop for equipment maintenance
  • Locker room facilities
  • Administrative office suite
  • Fitness center promoting crew wellness
  • Multipurpose room for training and community gatherings
