The facility features distinctive Thermomass insulated tilt-up concrete panels and 7,350 SF of linear skylights that bathe the manufacturing areas in natural light. The sophisticated three-story office component includes executive spaces with glass walls, versatile conference rooms, collaborative open office layouts, an interactive showroom, dedicated research and development areas, commercial kitchen, cafeteria, and employee gym.
Through creative reconfiguration of spaces, Brinkmann maximized operational efficiency throughout the facility. Our team’s innovative approach extended to every aspect of the project, uncovering more than $275,000 in cost-saving solutions by meticulously examining each detail—always acting as a client advocate with Karcher’s best interests as our priority.
Turnkey Excellence
As a turnkey design-builder, Brinkmann demonstrated complete accountability for the project’s success throughout 18 months of design, permitting, and construction. We expertly translated criteria from Karcher’s German headquarters into a fully-functional facility, managing complex requirements including metal and plastic fabrication areas, hazardous gas storage, multiple assembly lines, overhead cranes, and equipment relocation from two existing facilities.
Despite these complexities, our team completed the entire project in just 18 months—with physical construction taking only 14 months. This exceptional timeline, coupled with innovative solutions and uncompromising quality, exemplifies Brinkmann’s commitment to delivering outstanding value while advocating for our clients at every stage.
