Congratulations to the Nuuly Tenant Improvements Project Team for being honored as a recipient of a 2024 Kansas City Business Journal Capstone Real Estate Award in the Industrial category!

This was Brinkmann’s first project for Urban Outfitters, Inc. (URBN), a global lifestyle retail company with a wide portfolio of consumer brands. Completed in January, the project included the conversion of a 1 million-square-foot speculative warehouse into a 600,000-square-foot facility for URBN’s subscription-based rental service, Nuuly.

Twenty-six unique projects across the Kansas City area were chosen as this year’s Capstone Award recipients, ranging from multifamily developments and community centers to commercial hubs and industrial facilities. These projects were selected based on their excellence in overall construction and design and their impact on the greater Kansas City community. Award categories included Adaptive Reuse, Architecture, Community Impact, Industrial, Infrastructure, Judges Special Recognition, Multifamily, Mixed-Use, Office and Retail.

Congratulations, team! This achievement is a testament to your hard work and unwavering commitment to delivering unparalleled success.
