With 32 years of construction industry experience, Scott works directly with clients to ensure their projects receive dedicated attention while maintaining on-time, on-budget delivery. His hands-on approach to leadership and commitment to client satisfaction have been instrumental in establishing Brinkmann’s presence in the Florida market. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University and is a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.

Grant serves as Director of Preconstruction for Brinkmann’s Florida office, bringing 22 years of construction experience to his leadership role. Grant performs all major estimates and provides day-to-day management of the preconstruction phase, ensuring early planning goals are met while evaluating operational and scheduling considerations that impact project budgets. His expertise spans estimating, scheduling, value engineering, constructability studies, cash flow analysis, and feasibility studies. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of North Florida and is a LEED Accredited Professional and Florida Licensed General Contractor.
