It’s also the largest project completed by the Elevation Community Land Trust (ECLT), which makes homeownership more accessible through the community land trust model, a tool that helps create inclusive communities spanning generations.

With 92 condo units and 70,000 square feet, including ground floor commercial space, La Tela’s affordable living is a partnership between many entities – developer Shanahan Development, Elevation Community Land Trust, Urban Land Conservancy, as well as the Department of Housing Stability, and the Colorado Department of Local Affairs Division of Housing. Brinkmann Constructors was the general contractor on the project and Studio Completiva is the architect.
